Therefore, in the event any broker/ channel partner engages in any such activity of promotion, marketing and sale of the unregistered projects of the Company, the Company completely disclaims any liability in this regard. In no event will the Company be liable for any claim made by anyone including seelong any cancellation for any of the inaccuracies in the information provided by such brokers/ channel partners, though all efforts have to be made to ensure accuracy. The Company under no circumstance will be liable for any expense, loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from such promotion, marketing and sale of unregistered projects.
